At Dynamic Media Craft, we focus on delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully and transparently.
Once a project has started and resources have been allocated, payments made are generally non-refundable. This includes strategy, design, development, content, and consulting services.
If a client cancels the project before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges.
For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any upcoming milestones not yet started may be canceled without additional charges.
Subscription or retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice before the renewal date.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including late feedback, missing content, or lack of communication.
In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons. Any such refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
All cancellation or refund requests must be sent in writing to contact@dynamicmediacraft.com with project details and the reason for the request.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page and will apply to future projects only.
