We provide digital services including but not limited to website design, development, branding, content creation, AI automation, and consulting. All services are delivered as per the agreed scope discussed before project initiation.
All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones. We do not offer refunds once work has started unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays from the client side may impact project timelines.
All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. Dynamic Media Craft reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Dynamic Media Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
